Advancing Coaching Competencies: Empowering Specialized Support
The project focuses on empowering youth workers with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to support and include young people with disabilities through coaching, creative methods, and non-formal education techniques.

Objectives:
- Shift focus from disabilities to abilities, promoting a strengths-based approach.
- Equip youth workers with coaching skills to empower young people with disabilities.
- Utilize creative tools (art, music, drama) for self-expression and inclusion.
- Foster non-formal education methods for diverse, inclusive learning environments.
- Challenge stereotypes and promote a culture of acceptance and inclusion.

Key Activities:
- 7-Day Mobility Training Program in 10-18 May 2025 in Barga, Toscana, Italy (6 youth workers and 1 of them will be group leader from each partner country and 1 participant is suggested to be a youth worker with disability):
- Hands-on coaching practice.
- Workshops using creative tools to engage youth with disabilities.
- Development of non-formal education techniques for mixed-ability groups.
- Online Evaluation Meeting:
- Assess the training’s impact and gather feedback.
- Discuss the application of learned skills and methods.
- Plan dissemination and future improvements.
